Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure regional offices meet donor deliverables and maintain donor quality.
• Write and edit daily/weekly reports for clients.
• Lead staff, conduct trainings, and perform regular staff evaluations.
• Coordinate office launch/shutdown logistics and office matrix metrics.
• Develop and promote staff, and run leadership trainings to grow capacity.
