Job summary

Advanced Dealer Solutions is seeking a results-driven F&I leader to drive production and growth for auto, RV, and powersports dealers. This remote role offers a platform to mentor F&I professionals and expand the dealer portfolio with support from an experienced team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in F&I production and performance.
• Experience as an F&I manager/director, GSM, or GM.
• Desire to develop F&I professionals and grow teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance F&I production and performance across the dealership network.
• Develop and mentor F&I professionals to improve skills and results.
• Collaborate with the account acquisition team to expand the portfolio of business.
• Provide guidance and support from seasoned dealership experts to peers.
