Job summary

Group 1 Automotive, Inc. is seeking a Virtual Finance Manager to drive revenue growth through F&I product sales while delivering a premier virtual customer experience. You will lead the full F&I sales process from customer interview and product presentation to objection handling and closing, working remotely from home.

Must reside in a Group 1 operating state. The role requires strong communication, high energy, and ability to manage multiple virtual transactions in a fast-paced dealership

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of dealership F&I experience.
• Honda/Acura experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work remotely from home.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue through F&I product sales for multiple dealerships.
• Manage the full virtual F&I sales process from interview to closing.
• Lead virtual calls and ensure RISC completion for secured deals.
• Explain F&I products and contracts clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate records and report performance metrics.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on deal status and meetings.
• Build lasting customer relationships throughout the virtual buying process.
