Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Project Specialist for Extraction & Formulation to support the corporate team in implementing and optimizing processes for CPG operations. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of project management or coordination experience in a highly regulated setting.
• Experience communicating procedures, timelines, and outputs to multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record managing large-scale Extraction & Formulation projects.
• Lean and continuous improvement knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for operations programs and processes, focused on Extraction & Formulation.
• Coordinate continuous improvement projects to build capabilities, increase capacity, and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and identify process opportunities across Product Development, Quality, Compliance, Ops, etc.
• Act as central contact for General Managers, Regional Directors, and Senior Leaders on timelines and outputs.
• Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships to support initiatives impacting the entire CPG operation.
• Assist in development and delivery of training programs for Extraction & Formulation processes.
• Drive end-to-end project advancement by monitoring progress, escalating risks, and coordinating partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Serve as a document control resource between vertical teams and field, disseminating updates effectively.
• Follow GMP, biosecurity, sanitation and other quality/compliance requirements.
• May be assigned other duties as needed.
