Green Thumb Industries seeks a Project Specialist in Extraction & Product Development to drive strategic initiatives and optimize processes within a regulated CPG environment. You will manage cross-functional projects, coordinate continuous improvement efforts, and support the team with training and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a project management or coordination role, ideally in a regulated Extraction & Formulation/CPG environment.
• Experience establishing and communicating procedures, timelines, and outputs to multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing all aspects of large-scale Extraction & Formulation projects.
• Lean practices and continuous improvement knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Extraction & Formulation processes and operations.
• Coordinate continuous improvement projects to build capabilities, add capacity, and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and identify process opportunities.
• Guide project timelines and outputs for Senior Leaders and provide clear guidance.
• Develop and deliver training programs for CPG teams on operational processes and procedures.
• Drive end-to-end project advancement and monitor progress, escalating risks as needed.
• Act as a centralized resource for document control between vertical teams and field.
• Follow GMP, biosecurity, sanitation and other quality and compliance requirements.
