Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Project Specialist - Extraction & Product Development to support the Extraction & Formulation team in optimizing processes for the CPG space. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement, coordinating projects, and ensuring documentation and training across operations.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide guidance on timelines, and uphold GMP and compliance requirements while assisting in training and process

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management or coordinator role in a regulated environment.
• Experience establishing procedures, timelines, and outputs for multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record managing large-scale Extraction & Formulation projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Extraction & Formulation operations and processes.
• Coordinate continuous improvement projects to increase capacity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Project Management, Quality, Compliance and Operations teams.
• Provide guidance on timelines and outputs to senior leaders.
• Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships to support initiatives.
• Assist in developing and delivering training programs for CPG teams.
• Drive end-to-end project execution and monitor progress, risks, and budgets.
• Manage document control and disseminate updated procedures.
• Ensure GMP, biosafety, sanitation and quality compliance.
