Job summary

Lincoln Financial Group is seeking an External Wholesaler for MoneyGuard Insurance to develop and execute a business plan, strengthening relationships with Edward Jones Brokerage and other external channels. You will lead meetings, drive growth, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product issuance and ongoing service.

The role requires 3–5 years of external financial services sales, FINRA licenses, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years external sales experience in financial services.
• FINRA Series SIE, 6, 63, Life and Health licenses required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills for investment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Builds and directs a complex relationship platform with senior contacts at targeted firms.
• Collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth processing from sale to issuance.
• Conducts firm/institution meetings to achieve sales targets.
• Develops understanding of target firms, market segments and value propositions.
• Maintains and enhances external wholesale sales programs to grow revenue.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and manage territory budgets.
