You will prospect, qualify leads, conduct consultations, present proposals, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing. The role requires strong sales and relationship skills, excellent communication, and experience with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer relationship skills: build rapport, uncover needs, present solutions, and negotiate to close deals.

• Organization and pipeline management; experience using CRM tools; follow-ups.
• Residential exterior remodeling knowledge: roofing, siding, windows knowledge; helpful.
• Goal-oriented with track record of meeting quotas; performance-based pay.
• Comfort working remotely with distributed team.

Responsabilités
