SECU seeks an Associate Executive Vice President, Head of Cyber Defense to provide senior leadership for enterprise cyber defense, aligning strategy, operations, and investments with SECU’s objectives and regulatory obligations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of progressive cybersecurity experience with 7+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience developing enterprise cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, governance, and risk programs.
• Ability to advise executive leadership and align security with enterprise objectives.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise cyber defense strategy, risk, and investments aligned with objectives.
• Oversee security architecture, monitoring, incident response, and resilience efforts.
• Advise CSO and stakeholders, embedding security in governance and planning.
• Develop leaders, succession plans, and talent development across the function.
• Report KPIs, KRIs, and performance to executives and ensure continuity.
