You will partner with senior leaders and Marketing & Communications to develop compelling content, manage high‑impact projects, and engage key internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in executive communications in a corporate environment.
• Preferred: Experience developing communications for executives and/or board members.
• Preferred: Healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver executive communications, partnering with senior leaders to create strategic executive visibility plans, write speeches, talking points, presentations, and leadership messaging that advances thought leadership.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, translating organizational priorities into clear, compelling executive communications for internal and external audiences.
• Lead communication planning, content strategy, and stakeholder engagement to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Drive executive, board and alumni engagement efforts while measuring impact and identifying opportunities to strengthen reach and influence.
