Job summary

Ethos seeks experienced executive communications directors to train AI language models on professional presentations and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated keynote decks and executive presentations, ensure speaker narratives align with visuals, and craft compelling client materials for high‑level events.

This is a fully remote, flexible, 5-20 hours per week role with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in executive communications or speechwriting for senior leaders
• Portfolio of keynotes or executive presentations delivered at significant venues
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (keynote decks, conference presentations, CEO narrative development, speech-to-slide alignment, earnings materials, thought leadership presentations)
• Collaborate with Ethos network of experts and clients to ensure high-impact communications and visuals
