Job summary

Arch Insurance Group Inc. is seeking an underwriting professional to support regional leadership by conducting high-level financial analysis, risk assessment, and applying underwriting expertise to determine credit quality and acceptability.

This role is 100% remote in the Southeast. You will gather information, analyze risk, and prepare submissions while developing strong relationships with producers and managing a profitable book of business in your defined territory.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of financial concepts and ability to evaluate financial condition, credit history and character of contract accounts.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with producers and grow the book of business.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze information to evaluate credit quality and risk acceptability.
• Develop and manage a profitable book of business within the defined territory.
• Monitor accounts for Arch standards and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare underwriting submissions and recommendations within authority.
• Perform additional projects as directed by Regional Lead.
