Anemoi is hiring a fully remote Execution Trader — Electronic Markets based in the Milwaukee, WI area to improve how investment decisions reach electronic markets while controlling live-order risk. The role supports Central Time coverage, connecting morning preparation with afternoon validation, and requires 4+ years of direct electronic-trading experience with strong SQL and post-trade analytics.

Compensation includes base salary with performance bonus and equity eligibility, and fully remote

Qualifications

• Direct electronic-trading or execution-analytics experience.
• Knowledge of order types, auctions, and US market structure.
• Strong SQL and post-trade analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electronic execution and exception handling.
• Analyze implementation shortfall, impact, and venue outcomes.
• Develop broker and algorithm scorecards.
• Coordinate incident response with engineering and risk.
• Own live orders, implementation shortfall, venue outcomes, and execution exceptions during Central Time coverage.
