Job summary

The role coordinates Central Time market-open decisions with cross-team risk reviews, maintaining meticulous records of decisions and escalation triggers for auditability. Collaboration with a small specialist team is essential to sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct electronic-trading or execution analytics experience.
• Knowledge of order types, auctions, and U.S. market structure.
• Strong SQL skills and post-trade analytics capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electronic execution and exception handling
• Analyze implementation shortfall, impact, and venue outcomes
• Develop broker and algorithm scorecards
• Coordinate incident response with engineering and risk
• Own live orders, implementation shortfall, venue outcomes, and execution exceptions during Central Time coordination of market-open decisions and cross-team risk review.
