Job summary

Anemoi Predictive Technology LLC in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Execution Trader - Electronic Markets for a fully remote role. You will own electronic execution, manage live orders, and analyze performance during Mountain Standard Time.

The position requires 4+ years of direct electronic-trading or execution-analytics experience, knowledge of U.S. market structure, and strong SQL/post-trade analytics. Compensation includes base salary, bonus, and equity eligibility.

Qualifications

• Direct electronic-trading or execution-analytics experience.
• Knowledge of order types, auctions, and U.S. market structure.
• Strong SQL and post-trade analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electronic execution and exception handling
• Analyze implementation shortfall, impact, and venue outcomes
• Develop broker and algorithm scorecards
• Coordinate incident response with engineering and risk
• Own live orders, implementation shortfall, venue outcomes, and execution exceptions during year-round Mountain Standard Time review of national markets and afternoon exceptions.
