Job summary

Colibri Group is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to turn event plans into seamless, well‑organized experiences for educators, school leaders, partners, and colleagues. This role is hands‑on, coordinating in‑person conferences, visits, webinars, and other events from timelines to post‑event handoffs.

You will build event playbooks, manage vendors and travel, and support cross‑functional marketing projects using ClickUp or similar tools. Strong coordination and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination or related roles.
• Experience coordinating conferences, webinars, school/partner visits, or similar events.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross‑team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event execution from planning through follow-up: schedules, registration, vendors, travel, materials.
• Provide on-site support and coordinate with internal partners and vendors.
• Support varying event sizes: large conferences, school visits, and virtual events.
• Create event playbooks, checklists, timelines, and reusable processes.
• Track supplies, inventory, orders, expenses, and logistics.
• Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects in ClickUp and assist with light marketing tasks.
