Job summary

Samsara seeks an energetic Events Producer to drive production for our annual customer conference Beyond and related events. You will coordinate run of show, AV planning, rehearsals, and speaker management with a vendor and internal team network.

In this remote US role (30% travel), you’ll partner with marketing, product, sales engineering, and customer success to shape engaging programming aligned with business goals. You’ll help deliver high-impact events that showcase Samsara’s solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event management/production.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• This role requires travel up to 30% of the time.
• Experience using AI tools to work more efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate keynote and breakout planning across internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Build timelines, schedule rehearsals, source vehicles/equipment, and manage speaker schedules.
• Review venue contracts to ensure production needs are met.
• Manage expo production details and coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and venue.
• Oversee multiple events with overlapping schedules and ensure timely execution.
• Bring energy and new ideas to create a flawless live experience.
• Model Samsara’s cultural principles across the organization as the company scales.
