Colibri Group is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator to turn event plans into seamless, well‑organized experiences for educators, school leaders, partners, and colleagues.

This individual‑contributor role focuses on hands‑on event coordination with ownership of defined marketing projects, including in‑person conferences, school visits, webinars, and other events from planning to post‑event handoffs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in event coordination, marketing operations, or project coordination.
• Direct involvement coordinating actual events (conferences, webinars, school/partner events).
• Experience managing timelines, vendors, registrations, supplies, and schedules.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate event execution from planning through follow-up, including schedules, registration, vendors, travel, and materials.
• Provide on-site support and coordinate with internal partners and external vendors.
• Assist with multiple event sizes, including large conferences and recurring virtual events; support light marketing tasks.
