Tether is hiring an Event Design Coordinator to manage intake, production, and QA of event‑related creative requests across diverse teams. You’ll partner with designers to turn fast‑turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, and digital assets, while spotting risks before they become problems.

We value a builder‑and‑gatekeeper mindset—ensuring brand, print specs, and timelines align, with strong English communication and experience in live events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in event marketing, production, or creative operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Familiar with PM tools and design review platforms.
• English proficiency; Spanish/Italian is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Handle intake, production, and QA of event‑related design requests across teams.
• Collaborate with designers to turn requests into deliverables (booth graphics, signage, decks, assets).
• Proactively identify risks (timeline, brand, print specs, logistics) and fix early.
• Maintain QA processes and checklists for print and digital assets.
• Document assets and vendor details; manage risk and timeline across events.
• Act as liaison between requesters and design team to protect timelines.
