Job summary

Okta is seeking an Events & Experiences Designer to drive the company’s physical presence across a global event calendar. You will design large-format booth graphics, spatial layouts, and interactive zones, while owning production from concept to fabrication-ready files.

You will contribute to an evolving experiential design system, working with partners in Event Marketing, Field Marketing, and external fabrication shops to ensure brand fidelity and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in experiential design or event production.
• Hands-on production fluency for large-format print and environmental graphics.
• Strong portfolio of shipped physical event environments.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe CC tools.

Responsibilities

• Concept & Spatial Execution: translate briefs into physical activations including booth graphics and signage.
• End-to-End Production Ownership: deliver press- and fabrication-ready files to vendor specs.
• Scale the Experiential System: evolve the modular design system across event tiers.
• Multi-Track Project Management: drive concurrent activations through lifecycle stages.
• Cross-Functional & Vendor Partnership: collaborate with marketing teams and fabrication partners.
• Brand Quality Assurance: oversee prepress and print approvals to maintain craft.
