Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics is a remote, part-time pediatric specialist practice reimagining ADHD care in the United States. You will provide diagnostic and medication management for children and teens, collaborating with MDs, NPs, psychologists, and other clinicians to deliver high-quality virtual care.

We offer flexible hours (16–28 per week), competitive hourly pay, and growth opportunities with ongoing training and cultural responsiveness support for families across diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in Texas
• Prescribing ADHD stimulant medication as part of treatment plans
• Board-certified by ABP and ABIM
• Minimum 5 years of patient care experience
• Experience with culturally diverse families and ongoing training in culturally responsive care
• Interest or experience in Lifestyle Medicine and evidence-based interventions

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical services for children and teens with ADHD and their families, including diagnostic and medication management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent care
• Complete administrative work and clinical documentation promptly
• Contribute to implementation, evaluation, and program development for optimal care delivery
• Potential to grow into program development or leadership roles
