The Archdiocese of St. Louis seeks a part‑time Pastoral Ministry Associate to support the Director of Pastoral Ministry in evangelization and formation across the Southern Vicariate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pastoral ministry, theology, religious education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Pastoral Ministry to strengthen evangelization programs across 32 parishes.
• Build relationships with pastors, parish staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers.
• Plan and coordinate Vicariate-wide retreats, formation days, and prayer events.
• Support growth of parish evangelization and discipleship teams.
• Contribute to Archdiocesan evangelization initiatives as needed.
• Handle logistics for Vicariate events (venues, registration, materials).
• Provide leadership at events, including public speaking and adult formation.
• Procure supplies and manage hospitality and setup/breakdown.
