Job summary

The Archdiocese of St. Louis is looking for a Parish Coordinator of Evangelization to assist in transforming the parish of St. Alban Roe. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the pastor to create and implement evangelization and discipleship plans, facilitating community and faith events.

This role requires excellent communication skills and a deep love of Jesus and the Catholic Church. Candidates should be relational and have a strong background in Catholic Doctrine, as well as organizational and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Practicing Roman Catholic in good standing.
• Active prayer life and ability to communicate relationship with Jesus.
• Demonstrate understanding of Catholic Doctrine.

• Assist pastor in forming intentional disciples through programming.
• Create and facilitate community events for faith formation.
• Collaborate with ministries for outreach and evangelization efforts.
• Maintain an evangelization team to assist in parish ministries.
