Job summary

Clean Power Alliance is seeking a Project Manager, Load Flexibility to oversee enrollment, progress, and enhancements for EV Smart Charge and Power Response programs. You will work with multiple internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Strong data analytics and presentation skills are essential. Hybrid/Remote role with collaboration across Los Angeles and Ventura counties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years leading load flexibility programs.
• Experience interpreting data, developing implementation plans, and presenting solutions.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrollment processes for load flexibility programs and track deliverables.
• Coordinate reporting, budgets, and contractor scopes of work.
• Develop operational processes and implement program improvements.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and present program updates to leadership.
• Track performance metrics and develop dashboards for decision making.
• Collaborate with marketing to support customer recruitment.
