Job summary

EverCharge, Inc. is seeking a proactive Project Manager to drive EV charging projects from intake to closeout. You will manage timelines, vendor relations, and client communications to ensure high-quality execution across hybrid work settings in Hayward, CA.

The role requires experience in electrical construction or energy sectors, strong project budgeting skills, and proficiency with NetSuite, Procore, and JIRA. You will coordinate permitting with AHJs and suppliers to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management in EV charging infrastructure, electrical/construction sectors.
• Strong grasp of electrical scopes, site plans, and drawings.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and vendors while protecting GM targets.

Responsibilities

• Contractor & vendor management to ensure safety, insurance, and margins.
• Review project details and set realistic schedules and milestones.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients and internal teams; manage meetings and updates.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers to finalize site designs and manage hardware orders.
• Coordinate permitting, AHJs, and utility coordination for project readiness.
• Close out deployments with inspections, documentation, and post-construction checks.
• Track milestones and vendor invoices in NetSuite; coordinate payments.
