Cumming Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee electrical/industrial projects on a marquee client portfolio. This is a work-from-home role with 25–50% regional travel, coordinating between client expectations, project scope, and schedule to deliver results.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management within construction or engineering, with certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, or LEED preferred.

Qualifications

• Plan, manage, and coordinate project scope, schedule and cost.
• Communicate with stakeholders and manage client relations.
• Drive permitting and regulatory approvals for projects.
• Prepare cost estimates and budget/proposals for projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer to identify savings and ensure substitutions are acceptable.
• Communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
• Prepare Project Management plan and fee budget/proposal at project outset.
• Evaluate client goals and communicate them to the team.
• Develop action plans to lead the project from initiation onward.
• Coordinate with cost teams for estimates and budget reconciliations.
• Drive the permitting process with various agencies to keep timelines.
• Ensure design management aligns with client documents and standards.
• Prepare cost and revenue projections.
