Cumming Group seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee electrical/industrial projects, including multiple EV charging installations, with 30-50% travel within the Western region. This work-from-home role emphasizes coordinating with clients, managing scope, cost, and schedule to deliver value.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management with a background in construction or engineering, and possess PM plan and budget experience. CCM/PMP/PE/AIA/LEED are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management
• Electrical project experience highly preferred
• Preferred Certifications: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer project for savings and substitutions.
• Communicate with and manage project stakeholders.
• Prepare PM plan and budget/proposal at project outset.
• Evaluate documents and align with client goals.
• Develop action plans to guide project team.
• Coordinate with cost management for estimates and budgets.
• Drive permitting processes with agencies to move permits.
• Ensure design management aligns with budget, scope, and client standards.
• Prepare cost and revenue projections.
