The Cumming Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager (EV Charging) for a remote/home-office role with 30-50% travel across the Western region. You will lead projects, coordinate teams, manage scope, cost and schedule, and vet value engineering opportunities for EV charging installations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction or engineering project management, a BS in a related field, and certifications such as CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, or LEED.

Qualificações

• Experience managing the construction of complex electrical/industrial projects.
• 5+ years in project management, engineering, or construction management.
• Ability to travel 30–50% within the Western region.
• Experience preparing PM plans and fee/budget proposals.
• Knowledge of permitting processes and driving schedules to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage, and coordinate project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Lead cost management, budgeting, and revenue projections.
• Communicate with stakeholders and prepare project plans.
• Drive permitting and ensure design standards are followed.
• Develop action plans and monitor project scope throughout.
