Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead electrical and industrial projects, operating largely from home with 30–50% travel across the Western region. You will coordinate the project team, manage scope, cost, and schedule, and communicate with clients to ensure goals are met.

Education of a BS in a related field and 5+ years of PM/engineering experience are required; CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing the construction of complex electrical or industrial projects.
• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management, engineering, or construction management.
• Electrical project experience preferred; CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Communicate with stakeholders and prepare PM plans and budgets.
• Drive permitting and ensure alignment with client design standards.
• Develop action plans and monitor project scope and finances.
