Responsibilities

• Provide expert pre-purchase support via phone, chat, and email to ensure correct parts for repairs.
• Troubleshoot post-purchase issues and field advanced technical escalations.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain case/workflow discipline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify recurring issues and improve products/descriptions.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases with technical solutions.
