Job summary

GALAXIA Mission Systems Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth across Europe. Reporting to the VP, MissionOne, you will build partnerships and drive adoption of our space-based intelligence and connectivity solutions across European markets.

This is a remote, full-time role with regular travel. You will identify new opportunities, manage regional partners, and represent GALAXIA in-market to expand our footprint with government and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development, partnerships, or sales experience with growth in European markets.
• Experience selling or partnering in the space, satellite, defence, telecommunications, or government tech sectors.
• Existing network of government, defence, or commercial contacts across Europe
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with frequent regional travel and working across multiple time zones

Responsibilities

• Own European growth strategy and regional pipeline from lead generation to deal close.
• Identify new market opportunities, EU programs, and government as well as commercial customers for Galaxia's solutions.
• Build and manage relationships with regional partners, distributors, and integrators across Europe
• Serve as in-region representative with EU institutions and government stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams to support partner onboarding, proposals, and contracts
• Represent Galaxia at regional trade shows and events, providing market updates to leadership
