Job summary

xebiacee is seeking a Senior Program Leader to drive large-scale software initiatives across international clients. You will own outcomes, scope, budget, and stakeholder alignment from initiation to delivery, balancing delivery discipline with an outcomes-driven mindset.

You will guide governance, manage multiple streams and dependencies, surface risks, and implement change management while mentoring delivery teams and fostering client trust. This role supports remote work within the EU region.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading large IT/software programs with full budget accountability.
• Experience coordinating distributed multinational teams and vendors.
• Strong facilitation and negotiation skills in complex environments.
• Independent ownership and decisive trade-off decision making.
• Solid understanding of modern software delivery lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Direct multi-year, multi-million software programs with end-to-end delivery accountability.
• Define and run program governance, escalation paths, and reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate multiple delivery streams and manage dependencies across teams and partners.
• Proactively surface risks and drive corrective actions when delivery drifts.
• Establish structured change management with traceability between requirements, scope, budget, and contracts.
• Mentor Delivery Managers and lead program teams while building client relationships.
