Job summary

Makersite is seeking a Project Manager to lead software implementation projects and system connections with customers across the EU. You will maintain plans, manage risks, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure timely, within-scope delivery.

The role requires a Master’s in PM or related field, Electronics/Electricals background, and PM certification preferred. Remote-first, EU-wide work with strong data project skills and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in project management or related field.
• Background in Electronics/Electricals.
• Professional PM Certification preferred.
• 3+ years of project management in software implementations.
• Experience with complex data projects and systematic approaches.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of software projects for system integrations with customers.
• Maintain and update project plans, identify and manage risks.
• Ensure availability of expertise across project phases; coordinate resources.
• Manage stakeholder expectations; deliver regular project updates.
• Contribute to standardization of implementation methodology and templates.
• Generate thorough Project/Solution Documentation with goals and timelines.
• Handle all customer communications across projects with clarity and timeliness.
