Job summary

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is seeking a Sales Specialist, ETFs to partner with financial advisors and drive ETF account sales across BD, RIA, Private Bank and Independent channels. You will deliver product knowledge, conduct competitor analysis, and create demand for Columbia Threadneedle's ETF offerings.

Travel required 10-20%. This remote role offers base pay between $100,000 and $125,000 per year plus variable pay and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' experience in financial services industry.
• 3+ years sales experience.
• Knowledge of ETFs and ETF trading.
• Licensing – series 7 and series 66 or series 7/63/65.

Responsibilities

• Represent ETFs distributed and marketed by Columbia Threadneedle.
• Drive sales with advisors across BD, RIA, Private Bank and Independent channels.
• Partner with Intermediary wholesaling team to meet sales goals using consultative processes.
• Identify client needs and provide investment/biz solutions to financial advisors.
