Job summary

Technibus, Inc. seeks an Experienced Structured Cable Estimator to support sales and projects staff in developing design and engineering solutions for bids.

You will help keep the estimates accurate and up to date, and assist in day-to-day activities of the company. Responsibilities include writing scope of work, cost estimation, attending site walks, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that price and installation costs align with project goals; travel within territory may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer interface experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete project engineering, material selection, and basis for estimating labor.
• Attend site-walks and pre-bid meetings; track site conditions for design of engineering solutions.
• Coordinate between sales, project management, and operations to ensure prices align with installation costs.
