Job summary

Alutiiq Professional Consulting, LLC (APC) has an opportunity for an Estimator of Operation & Maintenance Facilities. APC provides support to Alutiiq, LLC and its subsidiaries, handling BOEs for multiple lines to deliver cost-effective proposals for federal customers.

This remote nationwide eligible role focuses on staffing, equipment, and vehicle costs, excluding construction estimating. A Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years in government contracting estimating is required, with strong Excel and RS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years of experience supporting U.S. government contracts in an estimating capacity.
• Knowledge of facility operations (HVAC, electrical, boiler) and estimating for facilities services.

Responsibilities

• Develop staffing, equipment, and vehicle costs to support O&M facilities proposals.
• Prepare conceptual to definitive ODC requirements for large Facilities/Base Operations contracts.
• Analyze workload data, hours, and material costs to produce accurate estimates.
• Coordinate pricing strategy with project management and senior staff.
• Support other estimators and cost proposal teams in RFP responses.
