Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Estimator to work remotely on drywall and metal framing projects across education, healthcare, hospitality, and office sectors. You will perform detailed takeoffs, create accurate estimates in BuzzBid, and drive bids from schematic design through GMP pricing.

Projects range from $500K to $5.5M, with larger efforts reviewed at executive levels. You will own bids end-to-end and support value engineering across a high-growth southeast market for large scopes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of drywall & metal framing estimating experience.
• Ability to produce accurate, full-scope commercial estimates independently.
• Experience with estimating projects over $10M up to $50M.
• Proficient in BuzzBid (preferred) or OST/QuickBid + Excel.
• Able to own bids end-to-end with minimal oversight.

• Perform detailed takeoffs and build accurate estimates for commercial projects.
• Manage bids end-to-end from schematic design to GMP pricing.
• Contribute to value engineering and collaborate on complex pursuits.
