Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Estimator to work remotely on drywall and metal framing estimates for a diverse commercial portfolio, from education to large multi-story developments. You will perform detailed takeoffs, produce accurate estimates in BuzzBid, and manage bids through all phases, ensuring high-volume productivity and precision.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in drywall/framing estimation, with experience on projects from $10M to $50M, and a strong field background.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of drywall and metal framing estimating experience.
• Experience with estimating projects over $10M up to $50M.
• Ground-up commercial project experience.
• Proficient with BuzzBid (preferred) or OST/QuickBid + Excel.
• Able to own bids end-to-end with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed takeoffs and build accurate drywall/metal framing estimates.
• Manage projects through all phases from schematic design to GMP pricing.
• Own bids end-to-end and contribute to value engineering efforts.
• Collaborate on larger or more complex pursuits as needed.
