Job summary

Our company seeks an Estimating & Design Lead for US Commercial Landscaping in a remote capacity. You will review plans, estimate scope and costs, and help prepare proposals within 72 hours, coordinating with onsite teams during U.S. business hours.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of hands-on landscaping or related fields, strong English communication, and the ability to translate site information into accurate quotes and design input. Remote collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

3+ years hands-on landscaping, grounds maintenance, horticulture, or landscape architecture.
Able to read site plans, specs, and property details and translate into scope and cost.
Strong written and spoken English at business level.
Comfortable working core U.S. business hours.
Comfortable with a quota/performace-based environment without a sales background.

Responsibilities

Review site plans and specs to scope landscaping and maintenance work accurately.
Build cost estimates for materials, plants, labor, equipment, and timelines.
Turn quotes into proposals within 72 hours.
Collaborate with onsite sales, estimators, and field leadership while remote.
Ensure nothing sits unowned between quote requested and proposal sent.
