Legal Norcal is seeking a Bilingual Client Engagement Specialist to drive sales for estate planning, business law, and trust administration. You will manage the client lifecycle from initial contact through closing, while delivering compassionate guidance on sensitive family matters.

The role emphasizes strong communication, trust-building, and mature conversations with clients, while enabling you to work remotely with occasional in-person requirements in California.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish to communicate with diverse clients and teams.
• Experience in estate planning knowledge and the ability to discuss it credibly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations to sell estate planning, business law, and trust administration services.
• Own the full sales process—from first contact to closing—no script reading.
• Follow up with prospective clients who have not yet retained us, without being pushy or overbearing.
• Oversee a smooth handoff of new clients to the legal team.
• Maintain a tracking system for leads, new clients, and referrals sources.
• Talk with real people about mortality, money, and family—with tact, warmth, and zero awkwardness.
