SMB Team is seeking a Case Manager for a 100% remote Trusts & Estates law firm based in Foothill Ranch, CA. Manage basic estate planning files, draft documents, and provide client and attorney support with extensive direct communication.

The role offers 100% remote work anywhere in the United States, PST business hours, and a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 per year with PTO and holidays plus health insurance reimbursement and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in estate planning paralegal work; Case Management experience preferred.
• Paralegal Certificate, bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Availability full-time on Pacific Coast time (PST) during the workday, with regular check-ins.
• Exceptional computer skills, typing, grammar, spelling, proofreading and email composition skills.

Responsabilités

• Client Communication: serve as the central administrative hub and primary point of contact for clients through the estate planning process.
• Case Coordination: coordinate file progress from intake to final draft delivery, including coordinating inbound client communication.
• Client Care: keep clients updated on case progress and notify internal team members of issues.
• Document Production: draft and edit estate planning documents under attorney supervision.
