Jobot, a leading California-based law firm, is seeking an experienced estate planning attorney to advise high net worth clients on advanced planning techniques from a fully remote position rooted in CA.

You will draft wills, trusts, GRATs and QTIPs, collaborate with CPAs and wealth advisors, and help families protect their legacies while handling complex tax strategies. California Bar Admission required; 150k–225k base, up to 300k total comp with bonuses.

Qualifikationen

• CA Bar Admission required
• Recent estate planning experience with advanced estate, gift and tax planning techniques

• Advise high net worth clients on estate and gift tax planning strategies
• Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney
• Structure GRATs, QTIPs, marital trusts, and other advanced planning vehicles
• Support business succession planning for family-owned businesses
• Collaborate with wealth advisors and CPAs on integrated planning matters
