Skill is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to build the Data Experience for Backstage Portal in a remote role requiring EST hours. You will work across the stack with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and data platform integrations to enable rich data context for internal developers worldwide.

You will collaborate with product, design, and customers to deliver end-to-end workflows, test assumptions, and translate successful use cases into reusable capabilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end product experiences using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Develop integrations with data warehouses, transformation tools, and orchestration systems.
• Create experiences that connect metadata, lineage, ownership, and workflow activity.
• Work with customers and data practitioners to test and validate use cases.
• Own work from discovery through deployment and monitoring.
• Make tradeoffs for near-term delivery and long-term scalability.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure a consistent product experience.
