Job summary

REALtech Title LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our title agencies. This remote role requires leadership, process optimization, and a track record in real estate closings or title processing.

You will guide the operations team, oversee performance, and collaborate with leadership to improve processes and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in business management within the closing/title/real estate industry, strong communication, and the ability to work core business

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business management experience in closing/title/real estate industry.
• Preferred 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Interpersonal influencing and relationship building.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Analytical thinking and sound judgment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft products and ability to learn new technical applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be available to work during core business hours (9:30 am–6:00 pm EST / 8:30 am–5:00 pm CST, Monday–Friday).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to employees, including answering questions, balancing files, and overseeing training.
• Review and evaluate job performance of processing areas (Closing Specialists and Processors).
• Manage employees to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Serve as second escalation point for customer and client issues and provide solutions.
• Map processes and systems with leadership.
• Create and maintain process flows, training manuals, and checklists.
• Resolve processing issues while adhering to policies.
• Research and develop ad-hoc projects to improve processes and morale.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and new hire training efforts for operations.
• Handle daily supervisory responsibilities including performance management and productivity.
• Ensure daily processes meet clients’ service metrics.
