Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with significant IT experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Extensive experience supporting compliance validation on federal regulatory systems.
• Experience developing and executing production migration runbooks and rollback procedures.
• Strong skills in Java or Python and REST API integration.

Responsibilities

• Validate ESA Section 7 compliance decision logic from a software perspective.
• Develop and maintain production migration runbooks and rollback steps.
• Lead remediation of critical/high defects discovered during testing and demonstrations.
• Support post-deployment monitoring of system availability and data accuracy.
• Incorporate live feedback into system updates during the production period.
• Contribute to the Production Deployment Report and post-deployment activities.
• Document application-layer procedures and maintenance workflows.
