Job summary

LBMC is seeking a Project Manager in Brentwood, TN for ERP and SaaS implementations. You will lead customer relationships, manage the full lifecycle from pre-sales to deployment, and coordinate across multiple vendors and solutions.

The role requires experience in cloud-based platforms, strong communication with executives, and ability to drive complex projects using Hybrid, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3–5 years of project management experience leading ERP and/or SaaS implementations.
• Experience delivering cloud-based financial, HR, or operational systems on subscription models.
• Strong communication with executive-level clients and cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in building and guiding detailed project plans and lifecycle leadership.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain client relationships throughout the implementation to ensure benefits realization.
• Provide senior project management leadership, mentoring, and process improvement.
• Develop knowledge of LBMC products and services to support business development opportunities.
• Participate in sales activities representing project management and LBMC software/services.
• Lead business process reviews, high-level requirements, system design, and project plans.
• Produce statements of work with detailed requirements, designs, estimates, and schedules.
