Job summary

Columbus is seeking a Senior ERP Project Manager to lead Infor M3 ERP implementations from a remote location in the United States. You will drive end-to-end projects, manage scope, budget, and timeline, and balance client needs with Columbus’ strategic goals.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years in ERP programs, deep consulting leadership, and a proven ability to manage budgets, risks, and resources while communicating effectively with executives and clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP project management experience.
• 7+ years managing ERP enterprise implementations; Infor M3 experience strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of consulting experience with leadership experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field; PMP certification preferred.
• Experience writing statements of work, project estimation, and resource forecasting.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; client escalations management.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Infor M3 ERP implementations within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with milestones and risk mitigation.
• Monitor progress and ensure alignment among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
• Manage enterprise-level budgets and report budget-to-actuals.
• Communicate project status to team and executives to ensure client satisfaction.
• Draft detailed SOWs with sales/pre-sales; assist in budget and resource estimation.
• Forecast and allocate project resources to ensure optimal utilization.
• Mentor team members to ensure deliverables meet standards and schedule.
• Ensure adherence to Columbus Methodology and project setup, time and expense entries.
