Job summary

Columbus Sverige is seeking a seasoned Senior Functional Consultant (Finance) with deep Infor M3 Cloudsuite expertise to lead, configure, and support M3 finance deployments for clients. The role includes workshops, cross-functional collaboration, and post-go-live support, with remote work from anywhere in the United States.

You will drive discovery, design, and implementation across GL, AP, AR, FA, and reporting, while ensuring alignment with internal controls and project goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Infor M3 consulting experience.
• 5+ years as a finance consultant covering record-to-report, procure-to-pay, etc.
• Minimum 3 full life cycle M3 finance implementations.
• Financial background with accounting knowledge.
• Experience with data migration and intercompany processes.
• External client-facing experience with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• BA/BS in MIS/CS/Accounting preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance workstreams across discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Provide functional expertise for client support cases and coordinate with teams.
• Facilitate workshops with finance leaders to define future-state requirements and guide design.
• Configure and advise on M3 finance capabilities: GL, AP, AR, FA, cash management, reporting, cost accounting.
• Translate business requirements into M3-aligned solution designs.
• Identify gaps, evaluate options, and communicate impacts, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Support master data, data migration, integrations, reporting, security, and reconciliation.
• Provide end-user training and post go-live support.
• Maintain client relationships through high-quality delivery.
