Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced ERP Product Leader to own the Order to Cash processes within PeopleSoft 9.2. You will manage a team and coordinate with global finance partners to design and implement ERP solutions across regions.

The role emphasizes SOX compliance, process automation, and driving platform excellence as part of the Accelerate 2030 strategy. Strong leadership and deep FSCM knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience with PeopleSoft Financial Management 9.2, preferably in real estate or similar services.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Deep functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 modules with O2C expertise.
• Experience supporting at least one global ERP rollout.

Responsibilities

• Direct a product strategy from conception through end of life and ensure timely delivery of requirements.
• Lead a team of Product Managers and Production Support staff to meet goals.
• Collaborate with finance partners to design technical ERP solutions and roadmaps.
• Ensure ERP O2C robustness and drive process improvements and SOX compliance.
