Job summary

EPS US, LLC is seeking a Systems Implementation & Training Consultant to deliver improvements, efficiencies and standardization in project delivery and implementation from a fully remote position across the United States.

You will install and implement software solutions, train users, create commissioning plans, conduct site surveys, and collaborate with the DMI team to ensure projects meet scope, budget and timeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, or related field; 2 years related experience.
• Experience in implementation/training, project management, and client-facing work.
• Familiarity with ERP, MIS, and software development lifecycles (Waterfall/Agile).

Responsibilities

• Perform implementation and training for ERP/MIS projects.
• Lead project management activities and timelines.
• Conduct site surveys and gather requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and team on testing and customization.
• Install and implement software solutions.
• Travel up to 40% domestically.
• Develop training plans and communicate with customers.
• Ensure solutions meet scope and budget.
